How much does the coronavirus (COVID-19) testing cost?
COVID-19 testing is available for $51.00 for PCR COVID Test.  Insurance and/or discounts may apply.

Does my insurance cover coronavirus (COVID-19) testing?
Yes. If you meet the criteria for testing, you will be tested, whether you are insured or uninsured, regardless of your ability to pay.  

Does NCDV have translation services for those calling about coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Yes. NCDV provides translation services to help our patients with any questions or concerns they may have.

Can I get my lab results over the phone to avoid exposure to coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Yes.  When your lab results are ready, NCDV care team will call you to discuss your results.  If you have any questions about your labs please call your clinic.

How long does it take NCDV to get results from the lab for coronavirus (COVID-19) testing?
Lab results take between 4 and 5 days.

Is NCDV open for other services unrelated to coronavirus (COVID-19)?
NCDV is still open for general medical services, though not all services can be provided in person at this time. To reduce your risk of exposure to coronavirus (COVID-19), you may be offered a telehealth or telephone appointment rather than an in-person visit. Call your clinic to find out more.

How do I make an appointment to see my primary care physician (PCP) during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?
If you would like to make an appointment with your medical provider, please call your clinic. If your health concern does not require you to visit your doctor in person, we may be able to offer you a telehealth or telephone appointment. Ask your NCDV customer service representative about the opportunity to connect with your provider via telehealth or telephone. 

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, will my NCDV pharmacy stay open?
Yes. NCDV pharmacies will stay open. Our pharmacy staff are dedicated to ensuring that your prescriptions continue to be filled. If you have any questions about prescriptions please call your clinic.

Because of coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, can my prescription refill be authorized without seeing a provider?
Under many circumstances, your prescriptions may be renewed without you coming to the clinic to see your NCDV medical provider. Call your clinic to find out if the medicine you need requires you to come to the clinic or not.
